Latest Nursing admission 2021/Lady health visitor Training course at public health schools in Pakistan(Hyderabad, Karachi, mirpurkhas, Larkana, and sukkar)-2021

Qualification for Lady Health Visitor:

• FSC pre-medical 45% marks
• Matric 45% with Matriculation (physic, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects)

Domicile: Sindh, Province

Age: 14-35

Stipend:

For the initial 03 months, no stipend will be paid, after completion of 03 months PTS examination will take will be taken. The successful candidates will be paid a stipend. The stipend will be Rs3240/ including mess allowance and uniform allowance.

Hostel Facility: is available

Admission form: Admission form can be obtained from the office of the principal, public health school on payment of Rs.100/

Documents: Attested Photocopies of the following documents should be attached with the application

• Matric pass certificate showing the date of birth
• Pass certificated of FSc (Pre medical)
• Marks sheet Matric / FSc (Pre medical)
• Domicile and PRC Form-C
• Character Certificate from the School /institution last attended or from any notable  
• CNIC
• 04 Passport Size photographs duly attested from the back.

Test and interview: The candidates will have to appear in a written test which will be conducted in respective institutions were applied on the following dates.
