1. Diploma in Community Midwifery 2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of midwifery and birthing experience 3. Licence and Registration with Pakistan Nursing Council 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 5. Community engagement skills 6. Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays 7. Good leadership skills; able to mentor and educate 8. Previous experience in management and supervision 9. Computer and smartphone literacy
